THE OPPORTUNITY
This newly created HR Business Partner role offers a unique opportunity to influence the next phase of growth for a leading global automation and technology business.
Reporting to the HR Director ANZ, you will bring an enterprise-wide perspective while remaining closely connected to the operational realities of the business. You will partner with leaders across Projects, Service and Operations to anticipate workforce challenges, strengthen organisational capability, and translate business strategy into meaningful people outcomes.
This is a commercially significant portfolio where you'll have the opportunity to move beyond day-to-day HR support and play a key role in shaping workforce strategy, leadership capability, organisational effectiveness, talent planning, industrial relations and business transformation.
Based in Melbourne with hybrid working arrangements, this role will require regular travel to Sydney and other operational sites as needed.
