Partner with Product CEOs to identify growth opportunities, align competing priorities, and translate business needs into actionable Billing initiatives.
Establish transparent prioritization frameworks and clear ownership between central Billing and product-level teams.
Ensure payment infrastructure reliability through effective monitoring, incident management, and continuous process improvements.
Lead and develop the Billing team, building scalable processes, clear accountability, and a proactive, results-driven culture.
2+ years of experience in Payments, Billing, Payment Operations, or Payment Product Management, including experience in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of subscription-based business models, ideally within B2C digital products.
Hands-on experience with payment processing, merchant accounts, payment gateways, acquiring banks, and payment orchestration platforms.

Experience collaborating with engineering teams on payment integrations, technical requirements, and infrastructure improvements.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities and drive cross-functional initiatives.
Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and ability to build scalable processes and effective operating models.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with a high level of ownership and accountability.

Experience building or significantly scaling web subscription billing infrastructure.
Experience with banking anti-fraud systems, payment risk management, and advanced fraud prevention solutions.
