Head of B2B Growth

Who we are

Properstar connects real estate buyers, renters, and agents, here and everywhere. Buyers and renters find their next home with us, locally or across borders. Agents reach them in countries they couldn't otherwise sell into, in languages they don't speak.

Our Product & Marketing department grows the brand and our footprint. Small team, no fluff. We acquire new users, nurture them, qualify them, and turn them into customers. We believe in a new way of working, where AI is fundamental: you direct, you don't execute.

About the job

You own B2B growth end to end. Our database holds some 140,000 real estate agency offices and 640,000 agents. You turn more of them into active, engaged and paying users. AI does the heavy lifting, you steer it.

Three targets: B2B revenue, monthly active users, and mobile adoption.

That means real segmentation, not the same email sent to everyone. A solo agent in Lisbon and a 40-office network in Madrid don't need the same message. You get agents onto the app, push self-serve purchases through the dashboard, design offers that convert, and use content and every relevant channel to move them along.

2027 is the year we build and test the engine. 2028 is the year we scale it.

You set the strategy and you run it. You own the budget, get hands-on when needed, and lead the people who help you execute. You report to the CPO.

What you'll do

• Set the B2B growth strategy. Segments, markets, channels, offers, budget. Defend every euro with numbers.
• Segment the base for real. Office size, market, plan, activity, behavior. Each segment gets its own path.
• Own the agency lifecycle. Onboarding, activation, engagement, upgrade, retention, win-back. Find where agents drop and fix it.
• Drive self-serve revenue. Push purchases through the dashboard. Upgrade flows, trials, pricing pages, checkout. Less sales touch, more conversion.
• Design offers that convert. Plans, bundles, promotions, timing. Test them. Kill the losers.
• Make the app the agent's daily tool. Installs, adoption, weekly use. Move agents from desktop to mobile and keep them there.
• Grow monthly active users. Give agents reasons to come back. Leads, insights, alerts, content.
• Use every relevant channel. Email, push, in-app, content, webinars, paid, partnerships. Pick by segment, not by habit.
• Run experiments. Onboarding, messaging, offers, pricing. Fast cycles, clear reads.
• Work with sales and customer success. Self-serve for the long tail, humans for the big accounts. Hand them the right accounts at the right time.
• Work with product. Push for what moves activation and conversion. Bring evidence, not opinions.
• Lead the people who execute. Set their goals, review the work, raise the bar.
• Build the playbooks as Claude skills, so the team and the agents can run them.
• Talk to agents. Read the data yourself.

What we're looking for

• B2B growth track record. You've grown a B2B or SMB product with thousands of customers, largely self-serve. Real numbers, real graph. Show us. SaaS for small businesses, marketplace, or portal experience is a strong plus. Real estate is a bonus, not a requirement.
• Lifecycle and segmentation. You think in cohorts, segments, and lifecycles, not campaigns. The cheapest customer is the one already in your database.
• Self-serve monetization. You've moved users from free to paid through the product. You know your activation, conversion, expansion, and churn by segment.
• Multichannel range. You've owned several channels and have strong opinions on the rest. Single-channel specialists won't fit.
• Mobile adoption. You've driven app adoption with a professional audience. You know what makes a busy agent open an app twice.
• Product sense. You know how product changes move conversion. You bring PMs and designers evidence, not opinions.
• Strategist and operator. You build the plan and you run it. You've owned a budget and answered for the return. You set up the flow and pull the numbers yourself. No agency in between.
• Deep AI fluency. Claude is your daily driver, in Cowork and Code. You've built skills and orchestrated agents. Tell us what you automated this month. "Open to AI" doesn't pass the bar.
• Data and judgment. You measure what works and kill what doesn't. You also decide without waiting for the perfect test.
• Ownership. Brief to result. No handoffs.
• Leadership. You make people better and faster without micromanaging them.
• Clarity. You explain things simply. You don't hide weak results behind charts.
• Languages. Fluent English. French or Spanish is a plus.

What we don't care about

• Where your degree is from. Bachelor preferred, not required. Track record beats papers.
• How polished your LinkedIn is. We read what you've shipped.
• Whether you've worked at a brand we recognize. The best operators we've met came from companies you haven't heard of.

Logistics

Remote. Anywhere within +/- 3h of CET.

Type: Full-time, permanent contractor.

Start: January 2027 at the latest.

What we offer

• B2B growth to own end to end. No committees, no hand-holding.
• 140,000 agency offices and 640,000 agents to activate.
• A dashboard and an app to grow.
• Budget to test now, and a bigger one to scale in 2028.
• The AI stack you'd struggle to build elsewhere. Claude (Cowork and Code), Mixpanel, HubSpot. All paid for.

• Competitive comp aligned with your market.
