Rillet serves accounting and finance teams, the financial brains of their companies. Our job is to help them run the numbers with impossible speed, accuracy, and insight.
Rillet is the Agentic ERP built for modern finance teams. We help companies automate the most critical parts of finance, from closing the books and recognizing revenue to consolidating entities and reporting to investors. More than 600 companies run on Rillet, including Mercor, Scribe, and Function Health, and we partner with leading accounting firms including EY and KPMG.
We’re building in one of the largest software markets in the world, with the momentum to match. Rillet has raised more than $200M, is valued at $1B, and is backed by Sequoia, a16z, ICONIQ, Bain Capital Ventures, Oak HC/FT, and other leading investors. We’re using that backing to build the financial infrastructure for the next generation of companies and help every business run its numbers at the speed of AI.
Rillet’s pace is not for everyone. Intelligence is table stakes. To succeed here, you need extreme speed, agency, and flexibility.
The people who thrive at Rillet do not wait for assignments. They internalize the mission, design a strategy, and bring back results that are better, faster, and more creative than a manager could have asked for.
Our work revolves around our customers. The people who succeed here are energized by delivering what matters most, even when it was not part of the original plan.
Rillet is built on deep accounting expertise, and it takes people from many disciplines to build a category-defining company. You do not need to be an accountant to thrive here. You do need to care deeply about the problems we solve and the impact our customers can create. Together, we combine the precision of accounting with the speed, creativity, and ambition of AI-native software to power the financial core of the world’s fastest-growing companies while redefining what finance teams should expect from their software.
We’re looking for a GTM Recruiter to help us build an exceptional go-to-market team at Rillet. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and GTM Leadership. You’ll partner closely with GTM leaders to define the bar, build search strategy, hunt for exceptional talent, and close candidates with plenty of options.
We’re looking for someone with exceptional taste in GTM talent. You can look beyond company logos, titles, and headline metrics to understand who actually drove results, how they did it, and whether they can do it again at Rillet. That requires intellectual curiosity about the business. You’ll understand our customers, product, market, and GTM motion so you can evaluate candidates in the context of what will actually make them successful here. Above all, you’re self-driven and make decisions based on what’s right for the business. You take ownership of searches, challenge assumptions when needed, and don’t confuse filling a role with making a great hire.
We’re looking for teammates who are based near our New York City or San Francisco offices, or open to relocating. Our hybrid schedule brings the team together in person on Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible day each week. Some roles may spend more time in the office depending on the needs of the team.
Own full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and GTM Leadership.
Partner with GTM leaders to define what exceptional looks like for each search.
Hunt: map markets and companies, identify top performers, and engage people who aren’t actively looking.
Develop a deep understanding of Rillet’s customers, product, market, and GTM motion.
Evaluate candidates in context—what they sold, who they sold to, how they performed, and what drove their success.
Build conviction with exceptional candidates and close them in competitive situations.
Diagnose searches that aren’t working and change the strategy quickly.
Protect and continuously raise Rillet’s talent bar.
Exceptional taste in talent. You can identify truly exceptional GTM people and distinguish real performance from a great résumé.
You know how to hunt. You know how to map a market, find top performers, get their attention, and turn passive talent into candidates.
Intellectual curiosity. You want to understand our customers, product, competitors, and business model, and use that context when evaluating talent.
Self-drive. You take a search from problem to outcome without waiting to be told what to do next.
Business judgment. You optimize for what Rillet needs, not recruiting activity or the fastest path to filling a seat.
You know how to engage and close highly sought-after GTM candidates.
You can earn credibility with GTM leaders and executives through strong judgment and direct communication.
The expected base salary range for this role is $160,000–$210,000 for San Francisco and New York City, plus equity and benefits. Final compensation will depend on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, location, and the scope of the role. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits.
Note: All official Rillet recruiting communications will come from an @rillet.com email address. If you’re contacted from another domain, please disregard the message and report it as spam.
