The Domain
Applications are the fabric of how modern businesses run — and most companies are stuck on aging platforms that can't keep up. Application modernization on Google Cloud is about more than a lift-and-shift — it's about rearchitecting how companies build, deploy, and scale software. From containerized microservices on GKE to API-first architectures on Apigee to AI-augmented development with Gemini Code Assist, we help clients transform their application estates into modern, cloud-native platforms that move as fast as their business does. Demand is accelerating as companies race to modernize — and our Edge clients need lean, agile leaders who can shape the delivery and drive the transformation
The Work:
You are the kind of leader who lives at the intersection of deep code and big-picture strategy. An enthusiastic, firsthand GCP practitioner, you know that great software isn’t just about elegant architecture, but about solving real-world problems. You are as comfortable personally building a complex solution that harnesses the full power of Google Cloud as you are leading a diverse, high-performing team to a successful launch. With a powerful consultative mindset and a deep curiosity for the 'why,' you convert complex business requirements into brilliant technical solutions. You are an exceptional communicator, an evangelist for modern engineering, and the trusted expert who bridges the gap between a client's vision and its technical reality.
As a GCP delivery executive, you will be a technical and product-centric engineering lead in consulting and engineering projects, customizing Google Cloud solutions for client requirements. You will partner with Accenture's global delivery teams by providing superior technical expertise and product innovation skills. Your role is to execute complex technology solutions for our clients by designing, building, and integrating cloud-native solutions. Champion of Modern Engineering & Agile Delivery: Drive the adoption of modern engineering and Agile methodologies, coaching the practice to deliver high-quality software at pace.
Multi-Project Delivery & Accountability: Accountable for delivering multiple, concurrent client projects to the highest standard by managing global teams and senior stakeholder relationships.
