About This Opportunity

This is a hands-on, independent role on a small, highly technical DevOps team.

• Handle requests to create, remove, and update users and permissions
• Manage and govern branches, and keep DevOps practices clean and consistent
• Help replicate GitLab workflows and DevOps scripts in GitHub
• Uphold code management standards across teams

Required Qualifications

• Must be fully authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Prior hands-on experience administering both GitHub and GitLab
• Strong understanding of code management systems, branching, and access control
• Enough coding knowledge to read and understand enterprise DevOps scripts and code reviews (this is not a developer role)
• Self-starter who works independently and takes ownership of their work
• Able to work East Coast business hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience migrating workflows from GitLab to GitHub
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
