- Support the day-to-day operations across multiple departments and functions
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document organization
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and common spaces
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and delivery coordination
- Support team members with various operational tasks as needed
- Follow all health, safety, and organizational procedures and guidelines
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by working effectively with colleagues
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when priorities shift or new tasks arise
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and bring suggestions to management
- Maintain accurate records and communicate information clearly and professionally
