Future Brand Leaders Program is an immersive leadership development experience designed for ambitious students and recent graduates who want to shape the future of iconic brands.
As a Future Brand Leader, you will gain hands-on experience across Brand & Trade Marketing Management, Consumer & Market Insights, and Media Strategy. From Day 1, you will take ownership of meaningful projects, work on real business challenges, and contribute to decisions that impact brand growth and consumers across the region.
This program offers a unique opportunity to develop across multiple areas to have a real impact on business growth, combining Brand Management, Media, and Analytics & Insights. By gaining exposure to different business projects, you will build a broad skill set, develop a deep understanding of consumers and markets, and prepare for end-to-end responsibility as a future Brand Leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver meaningful projects for iconic, global brands with real business impact from Day 1.
- Turn consumer, market, and business data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support the development of brand and commercial strategies based on consumer and business understanding.
- Contribute to media planning and campaign execution to help brands reach and engage consumers effectively across multiple channels.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver impactful brand-building initiatives.
- Identify growth opportunities and help shape initiatives that drive brand performance and business results.
Job Qualifications
- Business/Tech students of the 3rd, 4th or 5th year of study or recent graduates;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hungarian and English;
- Initial experience in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field (e.g. internships, student organizations, university projects);
- Strong passion for business and consumer understanding, with genuine curiosity about consumer behaviors, choices, needs, and the underlying drivers behind them;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights and recommendations into actionable business outcomes;
- Positive attitude towards challenges and changes;
- Good interpersonal and multinational cooperation skills gained through international student exchanges, voluntary work etc.;
- Excellent analytical thinking and leadership skills.
