- Forecasting & Performance Management: Translate financial and operational performance into forward-looking narratives and forecasts aligned with underlying business and market insights. Drive financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities, including Expense-to-Bookings (E:B) reporting and analysis.
- Expense Management & Budget Control: Drive expense management activities for EMEA Sales teams, monitoring performance against budget plans, identifying financial risks and opportunities, and supporting effective cost control and resource allocation.
- Strategic Business Support: Provide financial and analytical support to the EMEA Sales team and International Sales AVP on strategic initiatives, special projects, and key business priorities.
- Process Improvement & Automation: Drive continuous process improvement by leveraging best practices, standardization, analytics, and automation to improve reporting, increase efficiency, and support business scalability.
