About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, visible leader who builds trust and accountability with the team, sets a clear standard for food and beverage quality, and runs a disciplined operation.
The right candidate can design a premium guest experience while keeping value front and center for a wide range of guests, from casino patrons and sportsbook fans to resort guests, concert audiences and Grammy Award winning artists.
