Shape the Future of Fire Engineering in New Zealand
At Jensen Hughes, we don't just design solutions we help make buildings, communities and the people within them safer.
We're looking for an experienced Fire Engineer to join our growing team in Auckland.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than a role where you sit behind a computer, produce reports and move from one project to the next.
You'll have the opportunity to lead projects, work directly with clients, solve complex fire safety challenges, get out on site, mentor the next generation of engineers and help shape the future of our business in New Zealand.
You'll work across a broad range of projects and industries, collaborating with some of the best fire engineering minds in New Zealand and around the world.
And importantly, you'll have a voice.
We want someone who is prepared to challenge conventional thinking, bring new ideas to the table and work collaboratively with clients and colleagues to find the best solution, not simply the easiest one.
Why Join Jensen Hughes?
If you're an experienced Fire Engineer who enjoys solving difficult problems, working with clients and having an influence beyond your own projects, this could be the next step you've been looking for.

You'll work closely with clients, project teams, contractors and other technical specialists to develop practical solutions that meet the requirements of the New Zealand Building Code and relevant Standards, while also considering the real-world needs of the project.
