- Coordinate the delivery and tracking of contractual sponsorship rights across broadcast, digital, social, events and other relevant channels.
- Work closely with internal Riot teams, agencies and partners to execute sponsorship campaigns and activations, manage approval processes and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Support onsite sponsor activations, hospitality and partner experiences at LEC and VCT events and roadshows across EMEA.
- Coordinate partner-related content, social media activities, giveaways, digital items and other partnership deliverables.
- Support partnership reporting, media valuation and proof of execution, helping evaluate performance and identify opportunities to enhance existing partnerships.
- Manage key contract, procurement and financial administration, including contract tracking, purchase orders, vendor onboarding and invoice processing.
- Maintain sponsorship inventories, deliverables and relevant Airtable databases and project-management tools, ensuring information remains accurate and accessible.
- Develop and improve internal processes, templates and workflows to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Partnerships team.
- Support additional operational and administrative needs of the EMEA Partnerships team as required.
Required Qualifications:
