Life as a Sprinter -

Nobody succeeds at Sprinto by staying in their lane.

We are organized around problems, not job titles. Sprinters take ownership beyond their role, solve hard problems, and care deeply about the impact they create. If something can be improved, fixed, or built, we don't wait for permission; we step in.

Being remote means we rely less on proximity and more on trust. We write things down, communicate openly, and move quickly because great teams aren't built by sitting together, they're built by pulling in the same direction.

We believe progress beats perfection, feedback is a gift, and doing the right thing matters, even when nobody is watching.

And while we move with urgency, we never move alone.

The mission -

Sprinto is building the next phase of its outbound sales engine and this isn't a traditional SDR role.

You'll own a Target Account List of US-based mid-market and enterprise companies and run the full outbound motion to get the right GRC buyers in front of our Account Executives. Your mission is simple: map the accounts, find the right people, start meaningful conversations, and consistently create pipeline that turns into revenue.

You'll partner closely with an Account Executive carrying a $400K–$600K quota, working on enterprise deals averaging $30K–$60K ACV. You won't just hand over leads—you'll stay close to the deals you create, gaining first-handff exposure to how complex enterprise sales are won.

If you're looking for a role that teaches you how to think like an enterprise seller and not just book meetings, this is where that journey begins.

Where you'll leave your mark?

Master enterprise account strategy - Before the first cold call, you'll map buying committees, understand stakeholder priorities, and identify the right path into every account. You'll develop the strategic account-planning skills that form the foundation of every great enterprise seller.
Build pipeline that fuels revenue - Your outbound motion—calls, emails, LinkedIn, webinars, and creative outreach—will generate qualified conversations that move deals forward. You'll be measured on business impact, not just activity, and learn what it takes to consistently create revenue opportunities.
Own a pipeline from day one - You'll create and manage a disciplined outbound motion across a 30–60 day sales cycle, building the resilience, consistency, and commercial judgment needed to succeed in enterprise sales.
Build AI-powered outbound systems - We expect you to experiment with AI, automation, and smarter ways of working. The workflows, playbooks, and systems you build won't just make you more effective—they'll become part of how Sprinto scales outbound, and a portfolio of work you'll carry throughout your career.
Learn one seat away from closing - By partnering closely with experienced AEs, you'll see how enterprise deals are navigated from first conversation to signed customer. For people who aspire to become Account Executives, this role is designed as a launchpad—not a stop.

The kind of builder we're looking for -

You've spent the last 1–3 years sharpening your outbound craft and are now looking for a role that teaches you how enterprise sales is really won.
The phone is your first instinct, not your last resort. You enjoy real conversations and know that trust is built one call at a time.
You research before you reach out. Understanding the business, the buyer, and the context matters more to you than simply increasing activity.
You've already experimented with AI, automation, prospecting tools, or outbound workflows because you're always looking for smarter ways to work—not just harder ones.
You're naturally curious in conversations. You ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully, and enjoy uncovering what really matters to buyers.
You bring consistency to your work. Whether it's prospecting, follow-ups, or pipeline hygiene, you know great outbound is built through discipline, not bursts of effort.
You're excited by enterprise sales and understand that earning the attention of senior buyers takes patience, preparation, and persistence—not just great messaging.
You enjoy working closely with Account Executives and want to understand what happens after the meeting is booked because your ambition is bigger than simply generating pipeline.
If you're looking for a role where success is measured by the number of emails you send, this probably isn't it. But if you want to build the skills, judgment, and commercial instincts that turn great SDRs into exceptional enterprise sellers, we'd love to meet you.
