About Us
Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is the intelligent platform for travel and spend management. Built to tackle the time-consuming, manual work that gets in the way of real work, our tools automate everything from travel bookings to expenses, invoice processing, and more. By eliminating this shadow work that wastes hours, erodes morale, and saps innovation, we're on a mission to power real work, with real impact.
We're trusted by more than 12,000 companies worldwide, including Bolt, GoCardless, and Fabletics, and we're tackling the 7 hours of lost productivity per employee each week, a $1.7 trillion problem.
Founded in 2015, Perk has grown into a global company of more than 1,800 people across 12 offices globally, with headquarters in London and Boston. We combine innovation, control, and simplicity to transform how businesses work and how people feel at work.
At Perk, we're driven by our values, like being an owner, delivering a 7-star experience, and working as one team. We value curiosity, purpose, and mindset, not just knowledge, to unlock the power in your potential. As an Enterprise Account Manager you will be actively contributing to our continued customer satisfaction as well as working to increase growth and margin within existing accounts.
In this role you will be responsible for a portfolio of top accounts. You must possess a genuine hunger to navigate your accounts in a fast-changing, hyper-growth environment, be ready to roll-up your sleeves and work hard.
What You’ll Do
Own a portfolio of Tier 1 customers, building trusted relationships with champions, key decision makers, and executive stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Travel, HR, IT, and Leadership.
Build and execute strategic account plans by developing a deep understanding of your customers' business, identifying expansion opportunities, mitigating risks, and maximising long-term customer value.

Effectively prioritise your time and resources to maximise impact across your portfolio and key business initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Significant experience managing a portfolio of Tier 1 customers in a SaaS, travel-tech, fintech, or spend management environment. Experience working with finance, procurement, travel, or expense management ecosystems is a strong plus.
Proven ability to build relationships across Finance, Procurement, Travel, HR, IT, and executive leadership within large enterprise organisations.
Experience navigating complex enterprise organisations with multiple stakeholders, procurement processes, and executive decision-makers.
Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and build trusted, long-term relationships.

Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term customer value.
Excellent prioritisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across a portfolio of strategic accounts.

Empathetic: someone who can identify with the customer and genuinely wants to support them using an optimal problem-solving methodology
Honest, open and trustworthy: your peers and managers can trust you. You are a team player, don’t play political games, and care more about the team’s success than about your own career gains

AI at Perk
AI is embedded in how we work across every function. The tools you'll use day-to-day are AI-enabled so you can move faster and spend more time on the work that matters. In practice, that means using AI to research and prioritise accounts, draft and refine outreach, handle customer interactions more effectively, synthesise information, and cut through shadow work - the invisible tasks that pull people away from the work only they can do - so you can focus on relationships and outcomes.
