This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Enterprise Account Executive based in United States.
This role is focused on driving new enterprise business for a technical SaaS solution within a targeted portfolio of US accounts.
You’ll own the full sales cycle, from targeted prospecting and discovery through technical evaluation, negotiation, and close.
The position requires building relationships across complex buying committees, including executive, engineering, product, and security stakeholders.
You’ll have significant ownership of your territory, creating opportunities proactively rather than relying primarily on inbound demand.
Success will depend on consultative selling, disciplined qualification, strong multi-threading, and the ability to connect technical capabilities to customer outcomes.
You’ll collaborate closely with Solutions Engineering, Marketing, SDRs, and leadership while maintaining accountability for your pipeline and results.
This is an autonomous opportunity for a curious, resourceful enterprise seller who enjoys working in a fast-growing, fully remote environment.
Accountabilities:
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline by proactively researching accounts, prospecting, and creating net-new enterprise opportunities within an assigned territory.
- Own the complete enterprise sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery through technical evaluation, negotiation, and closing.
- Navigate complex buying committees by developing relationships and multi-threading across executives, engineering, product, security, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Apply MEDDPICC consistently throughout the sales process to qualify opportunities, identify risks, and maintain deal momentum.
- Take a consultative approach by understanding customer business challenges and technical requirements and connecting solutions to measurable outcomes.
- Partner with Solutions Engineering on technical discussions, product demonstrations, evaluations, and proofs of concept when required.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, SDRs, Solutions Engineering, and leadership while retaining ownership of territory strategy and commercial results.
- Operate independently to research accounts, uncover opportunities, solve problems, and determine when broader team support is needed.
- Develop strong customer relationships and represent the organization professionally at industry events, conferences, and prospect meetings.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years owning full-cycle SaaS sales, ideally with experience progressing toward an enterprise closing role.
- Experience working for a high-growth or scale-up SaaS organization.
- Previous experience selling API-first, developer-focused, security, identity, fraud, or similarly technical products is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success generating self-sourced pipeline and creating net-new opportunities through targeted outbound efforts, particularly in environments with limited brand recognition or inbound demand.
- Experience selling technical SaaS solutions into complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise buying committees.
- Strong knowledge of MEDDPICC or another structured sales qualification methodology, with the ability to apply it actively throughout complex sales cycles.
- Proven ability to identify, engage, and align multiple stakeholders across an enterprise opportunity.
- Resourceful, proactive, and naturally curious, with a strong tendency to investigate and solve problems independently.
- Coachable and receptive to feedback, with a commitment to continuously improving sales techniques and performance.
- Strong operational discipline, including pipeline management, forecasting, CRM hygiene, and AI-native workflows.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity, optimize workflows, and enhance sales execution.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote environment using tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
- Must be based in the United States and authorized to work from the home location; visa sponsorship is not provided.
Benefits:
- US cash compensation range of $125,000–$150,000, with on-target earnings of $250,000–$300,000.
- Compensation ranges are benchmarked against comparable growth-stage companies and adjusted based on function, level, geographic location, experience, and expertise.
- Fully remote work environment.
- Opportunity to work with a globally distributed team and collaborate across functions.
- Inclusive and supportive workplace that values diverse experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds.
- Visa sponsorship is not available, and employees must be authorized to work from their home location.
- Certain countries may be excluded from employment due to regulatory and security requirements.
