Where you’ll make a difference

• Lead a broader, strategic data & AI program for one of our clients – from vision to unlock value with AI – typically across 1–3 workstreams

• Drive analytical problem-solving, data & AI solution integration, and output quality within your workstreams – leveraging both technology and business acumen to consistently connect business value with tech requirements through holistic thinking

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams – guide (Senior) Data Scientists and Engineers to deliver impactful solutions

• Coach & mentor team members – creating opportunities for growth and learning within the team

• Be a trusted partner to our clients – manage the day-to-day relationship, ensure a steady pace of work, collaborate closely on-site to build strong relationships, and transform insights into high-impact presentations

• Shape the future of our data & AI practice – by contributing to business development efforts, identifying new opportunities for our clients, supporting proposals and pitch presentations, and advancing our methodologies, thought leadership, and intellectual property through innovative approaches

What makes us the right choice for you

• Be part of groundbreaking change as we scale a business in a fast-evolving industry with a dedicated international growth strategy, a team of deep industry experts, and the support of an experienced investor

• Step into a role where you shape direction, drive innovation, and make a tangible impact in transforming how organizations use data & AI

• Deepen your expertise in key subfields of data & AI and accelerate your professional growth in a future-facing environment

• Join a vibrant team that’s ambitious, collaborative, and just the right amount of nerdy – where learning and laughter go hand in hand

• Work with clients as true partners – building relationships based on trust, shared goals, and face-to-face collaboration whenever it matters most

• Thrive in a culture that values autonomy, curiosity, and bold thinking – where your voice matters, ideas turn into action, and your impact is genuinely recognized and rewarded

What makes you shine

You're a sharp thinker, a strong communicator, and a collaborative leader – with a passion for turning data into business value. You’ll thrive with us if you bring:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, or data/AI-driven environments – with a proven track record in data management, analytical value creation, or data-powered business transformation

• Confidence to lead client relationships and guide teams – with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, from structured storylining to building trust across diverse, cross-functional setups

• Sharp analytical skills and a hands-on, change-oriented approach – you don’t just analyze, you make things happen

• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset – you connect the dots, think in solutions, and turn ideas into action

• Driven by curiosity, collaboration, and growth – you proactively learn, empower others, and foster a culture of shared success

• A strong academic track record (STEM field preferred), fluency in both English and German (written and spoken), and willingness to travel regularly to client sites

Where you’ll work

Most projects require working onsite at client locations throughout Germany (and occasionally Europe) for several days per week.

While our main office is located in Heidelberg, many of our team members are based across various cities in Germany. This reflects our flexible and distributed team structure and means that relocation is not a requirement.

When not working onsite with clients, you're warmly welcome to work from our Heidelberg office or from home.
