Elite Sales Development Manager

Build Your Team. Coach Winners. Own the Results.

You've built winning B2B SDR teams before. Now imagine building one your way, from day one.

No inherited team. No broken SDR operation to repair. No outdated playbook you're forced to follow.

At PlanITROI, you'll have the opportunity to recruit, build, coach, and lead an elite remote SDR team across Latin America, working directly with our Founder & CEO, Chief Strategy Officer, and VP of Marketing.

We're looking for a coach who knows how to build winners.

Someone with the competitive mindset of an athlete, the discipline of an exceptional sales manager, and the humility to keep learning.

Someone who loves hiring talent, developing people, practicing the fundamentals, and watching teammates become more successful because of their coaching.

If you've already developed a successful SDR team and know exactly how you'd build an even better one, we want to meet you.

The Opportunity: Build It. Lead It. Own It.

PlanITROI has been serving enterprise organizations for more than 25 years. We work with major companies, including organizations with tens of thousands of employees, helping them recover value from technology throughout its lifecycle.

Now we're building a dedicated B2B SDR organization in Latin America calling on global companies to expand those relationships and open doors to more of the world's largest enterprises.

And you'll build it from the ground up.

There are currently no SDRs at PlanITROI. You'll recruit your team, establish the coaching culture, develop the playbook, and create the operating discipline that turns prospecting into qualified enterprise opportunities.

You can build your own elite team in Latin America or potentially bring an established team you've already developed.

You won't be waiting six months to make an impact. We expect you to arrive with the training methods, systems, and processes needed to begin implementing your approach within the first 30 days.

You'll have direct access to our executive leadership, the tools to manage the operation, and the opportunity to earn greater responsibility as your team succeeds.

What Makes This Different?

1. You're the founding coach.

You get to build your SDR organization, recruit A-players, establish standards, and create a culture where people genuinely want to win together.

1. Work directly with the founder.

You'll collaborate with PlanITROI's CEO, Chief Strategy Officer, and VP of Marketing. You'll have access to decision-makers without unnecessary layers of management slowing things down.

1. Your coaching will matter every day.

We're looking for a leader who loves the daily practice of sales. Role-plays, call reviews, objection handling, executive communication, and personal development are part of how your team wins.

1. Take on an enterprise-level challenge.

Your SDRs will prospect into companies with more than 10,000 employees, building relationships with IT and Procurement leaders. These are complex, consultative sales cycles that can last 12 months or longer.

1. Build with modern technology.

We're digital-first and AI-driven. You'll use Salesforce, Apollo, AI tools, and sales intelligence technology to improve research, productivity, execution, and accountability.

1. Build a career, not just a team.

You'll gain direct experience building an international SDR organization, with opportunities for increased responsibility based on demonstrated performance.

Your Mission

Build and lead an elite B2B SDR organization that consistently creates qualified enterprise sales opportunities.

Your team will know exactly which accounts they own, whom they're pursuing, what the next action is, and when it must happen.

Your SDRs won't stop because someone didn't answer the phone, email or LinkedIn. They'll know how to research accounts, earn conversations, handle objections, develop relationships, and persist professionally through complex sales cycles.

You'll be accountable for developing your people and delivering measurable results.

What You'll Own

Recruit, Build & Coach Your Team

• Recruit, select, hire, onboard, and develop elite SDR talent across Latin America.
• Build a high-performance culture around optimism, discipline, humility, teamwork, and accountability.
• Run structured training, call reviews, role-plays, one-on-ones, and team coaching sessions.
• Teach SDRs how to communicate confidently with senior IT and Procurement leaders.
• Create individual development plans and coach underperformers to improve.
• Establish clear daily, weekly, monthly, and annual expectations.

Own Prospecting & Enterprise Pipeline Development

• Assign target accounts and contacts with clear individual ownership.
• Build strategies for engaging decision-makers at U.S. and global enterprises.
• Train SDRs to manage multichannel outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Coach persistence, relationship development, and professional follow-through across sales cycles lasting 12 months or longer.
• Improve qualified discovery meeting production and pipeline contribution.

Build the Systems That Drive Accountability

• Own Salesforce lead management, activity tracking, dashboards, data integrity, and follow-up accountability.
• Manage Apollo sequences, contact lists, campaigns, and outreach performance.
• Establish a practical SDR operating playbook during your first 30 days.
• Use reporting to identify coaching needs and improve team effectiveness.
• Introduce AI and automation where they measurably help SDRs perform better.

Partner Directly With Executive Leadership

• Work closely with the CEO, Chief Strategy Officer, and VP of Marketing on enterprise growth.
• Report on team activity, qualified meetings, pipeline contribution, and individual performance.
• Bring solutions, recommendations, and accountability to leadership discussions.

Who Will Excel Here?

You are a coach first and a manager second.

You genuinely enjoy watching other people succeed. You're energized by finding raw talent, developing skills, and creating high-performing teams.

You bring an athlete's approach to sales: preparation, practice, resilience, coachability, and the determination to keep improving. You believe success comes from consistent execution, especially when results take time.

You have five qualities that cannot be taught overnight:

• Optimism: You bring positive energy and confidence to difficult challenges.
• Discipline: You do what needs to be done, consistently.
• Humility: You welcome feedback and never stop learning.
• Accountability: You own your commitments and expect the same from your team.
• Team-first mentality: Your greatest satisfaction comes from helping others win.

Required Experience

We're looking for a proven leader, not someone learning how to manage SDRs for the first time.

You must have:

• 5+ years directly leading B2B SDR/BDR teams of 10 or more, with references who can verify your results.
• Proven experience hiring, training, coaching, and managing remote SDR teams.
• A record of success prospecting into large U.S. enterprises with 10,000+ employees.
• Recent and strong B2B management and sales experience in IT hardware, technology services, or comparable industries selling to enterprise IT and Procurement personas.
• Experience developing opportunities in complex, consultative B2B sales cycles lasting 12 months or longer.
• Advanced hands-on expertise with Salesforce and Apollo, including reporting, dashboards, prospecting campaigns, sequences, and performance management.
• Proven ability to recruit and develop high-performing SDR talent.
• C1-level professional English communication, written and spoken.
• Training programs, operating processes, and management routines you can begin implementing in your first 30 days.

A background in competitive athletics or a similar performance-driven environment is highly valued.

What Winning Looks Like

Your SDR organization has clear account ownership, disciplined follow-up, accurate CRM data, and measurable results. Your team is well-trained, confident, accountable, and improving every week. Leadership can see how prospecting activity translates into qualified meetings and enterprise pipeline. Most importantly, your SDRs are growing into better sales professionals because of your leadership.
