SumUp is one of the fastest-growing fintechs in Europe — and our SDR team in Cologne is at the heart of that growth. We're looking for a Dutch-speaking SDR to help us grow our presence in the Netherlands: someone who's comfortable picking up the phone, starting real conversations with business owners, and creating pipeline that our sales team can close. No rigid scripts, no micromanagement — just clear targets, plenty of ownership, and a team that wants you to succeed.
💸 Competitive base salary + uncapped commission — the better you perform, the more you earn. No cap.
🌎 International environment — work from our Cologne office while focusing on the Dutch market and collaborating with colleagues across Europe
🌈 Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion — be part of a workplace that values and promotes diversity, fostering an inclusive environment where everyone's perspectives are respected and embraced
📚 €2,000 annual L&D budget — use it for courses, conferences, or further education that helps you grow
🏖 28 days paid leave plus public holidays
🚴 Mobility options — Navit app or bike leasing — your commute, your choice
🏋️ Urban Sports Club membership (subsidised)
🎯 Corporate Benefits — discounts across 1,500+ brands, up to 60% off
🌱 Futureben — discounts on sustainable products and services (10–30%)
💰 SumUp Corporate Pension Scheme — 20% company match on your contributions
👶 Kita Cooperation — childcare support for SumUppers
✈️ Work from abroad — up to 30 days per calendar year
🌴 Break4me — one-month sabbatical after three years at SumUp
🪩 And of course — drinks, fruit, games, social events, and an international team in our Cologne office
