The US Breast Cancer Business is one of the largest businesses within Pfizer Oncology. It is anchored by a multibillion-dollar asset IBRANCE, as well as TUKYSA in metastatic breast cancer, and a robust pipeline of breast cancer innovation.

HER2CLIMB-05 marks a new era for the Pfizer Breast Cancer Franchise, with TUKYSA poised as the franchise growth driver. TUKYSA is also indicated for HER2+ metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). Over the next years, several pivotal trial readouts are anticipated across both mBC and mCRC for TUKYSA.
