The Role
The Director, Strategy Operations serves as the primary strategic and operational partner to the QualityOne business unit CEO, bridging top-level vision with cross-functional execution across the QualityOne organization. Acting as a trusted extension of executive leadership, this role ensures the CEO and senior team have the data integrity, performance visibility, and analytical insights needed to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
Working closely with other internal business partners, you will lead executive reporting, oversee revenue and pipeline analytics, and establish data governance. Beyond commercial analytics, you will lead key strategic initiatives, track operational performance and maintain growth plans, supporting go-to-market execution for expansion, and driving cross-functional accountability across the business. You will partner directly with Strategy and Commercial leadership to build, operationalize, and scale the go-to-market engine for launching new products and entering new industry verticals.
This is a high-impact opportunity to stand at the center of QualityOne’s growth. Working alongside executive leadership, you will help shape commercial strategy, guide expansion, and turn operational insights into business results. If you thrive on solving complex operational challenges and serving as a force multiplier, this role provides an exceptional platform to build and lead.
