Adobe Value - What It Looks Like in This Role
Connects the team's daily work to Adobe's broader vision and the future of the legal profession. Champions legal innovation, AI-readiness, and process improvement — with genuine curiosity about emerging tools, regulatory trends, and what comes next. Encourages bold thinking, learning from failure, and a tech-forward attitude across the team.
Takes full accountability for the region's legal health and the performance of each member of the team — not just individual matters. Acts decisively, holds self and others to account, and role-models the strong work ethic and business partner attitude expected of the whole team.
Sets a high standard for legal quality and management behaviour, and actively invests in the development of every team member at every level. Brings cultural curiosity and sensitivity to how they lead across a geographically and professionally diverse team.
Creates an environment where people feel able to be themselves and contribute their best work. Leads with integrity and by example — consistent in private and in public.
