Deputy Manager - Student Services [ITE College East]

[What the role is]

As a Deputy Manager in the Student Services Department at ITE College East, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for providing students services to near 8,000 ITE College East students.

[What you will be working on]

Your key responsibilities include:

•         Administer various opportunity fund (OF), financial assistance and bursary schemes.

•         Evaluating and processing applications for student financial assistance scheme.

•         Liaising with students/parents on all fee-related matters.

•         Tracking of bursaries, OF Scheme and other student-related matters.

•         Liaising with external agencies on bursaries and other student-related matters.

•         Be adept in data analysis, visualisation and management of statistical data.

•         Familiarity with automation, data visualisation and AI-enabled tools would be an advantage.

[What we are looking for]

•         At least 3 years of working experience.

•         A team player who is able to multi-task and work independently.

•         Flair for administrative & finance-related work.

•         A team player with good interpersonal, organisation and communication skills.

•         Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
