Role
We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join our team. This is a Hybrid or Remote role, reporting to the Director, Marketing Campaigns in the Marketing department. A Demand Generation Manager drives revenue growth by developing and executing full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns designed to generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and expand existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell motions. They serve as a cross-functional connective tissue between Product Marketing, Sales Development, Field Marketing, and Partner Marketing teams, ensuring programs, messaging, and assets are tightly aligned to funnel stage, audience segment, and sales follow-up workflows. Underpinning all execution is a data-driven mindset: they own campaign performance reporting, partner with analytics teams to build dashboards against core KPIs, and continuously optimize tactics based on conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Developing, implementing, and optimizing full funnel, multi-touch campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., email, social media, paid ads, webinars, etc.) to generate and accelerate pipeline, drive cross sell/upsell opportunities, and increase brand awareness
- Designing programs to nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring alignment with Product Marketing Managers and Sales Development teams for effective lead follow-up
- Partnering with content and product teams to deliver resources like whitepapers, case studies, videos, and eBooks that align to funnel stage and target audiences to support demand generation efforts
- Monitoring campaign success metrics (e.g., conversion rates, pipeline growth, ROI) and recommending tactics to optimize results
- Collaborating with analytics teams to build dashboards and reporting tools that track success against KPI
Who You Are (Success Profile)
- You act like an owner, driven by a passion for the mission, a strong bias for action, and the ability to navigate seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
- You are a high-trust collaborator who is ambitious for team success, actively engaging in continuous feedback with candor, clarity, and respect.
- You possess a continuous learning mindset, actively seeking feedback to grow professionally and partner effectively across the organization.
- You are resilient and adaptable, navigating change and high-pressure situations with composure, focus, and a steady, positive approach.
- You are data-driven, leveraging analytics and evidence over assumptions to make informed decisions and optimize campaign outcomes.
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
- 8+ years experience with demand generation marketing strategies, including paid acquisition, email marketing, content syndication and virtual events
- Knowledge of B2B tech sales cycles and buyer journeys
- Experience marketing to C-level and practitioners within technical functions at enterprise accounts
- Proficient at evaluating campaign performance metrics to inform strategy and tactics
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Demonstrate a proven ability to leverage AI technologies and workflows to drive measurable operational efficiency
- Creative and eager to test new tactics to uncover growth opportunities
- Effective at driving stakeholder alignment on complex initiatives in fast-paced environments
