-
Hands-On Full-Stack Engineering: Maintain a hands-on approach to development, writing and reviewing critical code utilizing JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, and Node.js.
-
AI-Driven Development: Champion the integration of AI tools (e.g., LLMs, Copilots, AI agents) to optimize the software development lifecycle and embed intelligent features into client deliverables.
-
Team Mentorship & Direction: Provide day-to-day technical direction, code reviews, and mentorship to the development team, ensuring alignment with architectural best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including experience operating at an Architect, Principal Engineer, or equivalent level.
- Extensive experience as a Delivery Lead, Technical Engagement Manager, Forward Deployed Architect, or similar role within a B2B enterprise SaaS environment.
- Deep, hands-on full-stack development experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, and Node.js.
- Strong customer-facing skills, with the ability to manage expectations, navigate technical challenges, and build trust with enterprise stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience leading the technical delivery of complex software projects from discovery through launch.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development practices and integrating AI capabilities into software solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, autonomous, fully remote environment.
