Decision Analyst

As a Decision Analyst at Instabee, you’ll play a key role in helping us make smarter, faster decisions across the business. You’ll partner with teams across the company from product, operations, to tech and beyond - to understand challenges, gather insights, and co-create solutions. Whether it’s structuring an ambiguous problem, evaluating new data sources, or communicating a compelling recommendation, you’ll bring clarity and impact. This role is perfect for someone who loves solving problems, is comfortable navigating complexity, and sees data as a powerful tool, not an end in itself.

• Tackle complex and ambiguous problems by bringing structure and taking clear, decisive action

• Translate complex data and information into concise, actionable insights using both qualitative and quantitative methods

• Collaborate across diverse teams to co-create smart solutions and drive real change

• Communicate insights clearly and confidently to stakeholders at all levels, from junior teams to senior leadership

• Continuously explore and integrate new internal and external data sources to strengthen our decision-making foundation

• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities

• Partner with teams to understand business challenges and build tailored tools or frameworks that improve how we work

• Act as a go-to person for analytical support—sharing knowledge, guiding ad-hoc analysis, and elevating decision quality across the company

You’ll join a tight-knit team working on Instabee’s most critical challenges. We collaborate across departments, drive clarity in ambiguity, and value real-world impact over theoretical perfection. Curiosity, humility, and a strong drive to make things better are what bring us together.

• Bachelor’s degree within engineering, information technology, finance, economics or other relevant field

• Experience presenting solutions to senior management

• Experience working within a data heavy environment for at least 4 years

• Experience working with solving business problems and improving ways of working

• Experience driving real impact, leading stakeholders to materialise the change that the insight points to

• Experience using AI coding tools

• Experience working with data processing tools including Front End visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Google Slides) and generic tools (e.g. SQL, Python, Excel/Google Sheets)

• You bring a strong blend of business and data understanding—and know how to connect the two

• You’re curious, always learning, and stay on top of evolving best practices

• You care about creating real-world results and know when “good enough” is enough

• You’re confident challenging the status quo and backing it up with structured thinking

• You communicate clearly and effectively in English—even when things get complex

If this is you, then we can’t wait to meet you!

We can promise you that you will be challenged, develop your skills and have the opportunity to work with truly amazing and competent colleagues. If you like change and want to set new processes and ways of working—this is the place for you!

Of course, we have all the necessary and standard benefits in place, but in addition to this, we also offer:

In 2022, Instabee was founded after combining Budbee and Instabox - two leading last-mile delivery companies with three consumer-facing brands: Budbee, Instabox, and Porterbuddy. Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leading European e-commerce enabler. Always with the consumer at heart.

We’re fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe, but we have no plans on stopping anytime soon. As we continue to expand, the complexity of Instabee grows in parallel. With that in mind, we’re now looking for you to help us on the journey ahead.
