SOFTSWISS is expanding its analytics team and is looking for a Data Analyst to help gain full visibility into the performance of our products.
The role is focused on analysing key product and business metrics, user behaviour, and performance changes. We are looking for an analyst who can work confidently with data, identify meaningful insights, and translate them into clear recommendations for product and business teams.
In this role, you will analyse product and business metrics, study user behaviour across different stages of the customer journey, and uncover the root causes behind performance changes.
Your insights will support better product and business decisions. You will work with SQL and BI tools to prepare data, build reporting, investigate anomalies, and provide ad-hoc analytical support to stakeholders.

Build and maintain reporting and BI dashboards (preferably in Tableau) for product and management needs.
Investigate anomalies and performance deviations — identify problems and diagnose their root causes.
Run ad-hoc analyses for product and leadership teams to support tactical and strategic decisions.
Monitor data quality and consistency across product and financial data.
Document metric definitions, analytical approaches, and key findings.
