Customer Success Manager US

Company overview:

3YOURMIND is a deep tech company at the intersection of software, manufacturing, and defense. Our solutions enable the decentralized production of critical parts using technologies such as 3D printing and CNC machining, directly where they are needed. Our software connects digital inventories, production systems, and logistics workflows, enabling parts to be identified, produced, and deployed within hours rather than weeks. By digitizing supply chains and enabling production close to the point of use, we help build more resilient, adaptive, and faster innovation cycles - from the battlefield to industrial applications.
We are now entering the next phase: evolving from a software provider into a full solution and ecosystem player across hardware, software, and manufacturing networks.

Your role:

As a Customer Success Manager, your core mission is to deeply understand our North American customers' operational needs and translate them into tailored software solutions. You will partner closely with customers throughout their lifecycle to optimize their processes, while also supporting pre-sales discussions and technical demos to showcase value to prospective clients. Duties may also include assisting with the management of our US GovCloud instances. This is a fully remote position with limited travel required, reporting directly to the Senior Technical Project Manager for North America.

Your responsibilities:

• Customer Support & Pre-Sales: Provide technical support for North American clients and assist the sales team with technical software demonstrations and pre-sales technical discussions
• Project Execution: Engage with clients and internal stakeholders from project kickoff to successful closure, ensuring deliverables meet technical and operational scope
• Requirements & Scoping: Gather detailed technical requirements, scope project activities, define timelines, and estimate activity durations
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering and product teams to translate customer feedback into product enhancements and technical proposals.

What you bring:

• Citizenship: US Citizenship is required (due to US GovCloud access and security requirements)
• Education: BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience)
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical application support, customer success, or project management delivering software solutions to enterprise customers
• Domain Expertise: Experience operating within the defense and security sector, backed by a broad engineering foundation in design, simulation, scanning, and conventional manufacturing processes. Familiarity with Additive Manufacturing (AM) software and workflows is considered a plus.
• Technical Skills: Experience with software implementation, systems deployment, and standard agile/traditional project management tools
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Why you'll love working at 3YOURMIND:

• Technology: Work at the forefront of digital manufacturing, defense technology, and industrial innovation
• Autonomy & Ownership: Experience decision-making freedom and true ownership of your projects from day one
• Flexible work environment: Enjoy a 100% remote work company with flexible working hours
• Time Off: 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) plus all US federal holidays and major holiday eves
• Perks & culture: Remote work setup allowance, annual company retreats, and team-building events.

Why this role matters:

You are the operational anchor for our North American clients - including U.S. defense sector partners. By combining technical support, project execution, and GovCloud compliance, you directly ensure mission-critical software stays running, supply chains remain secure, and customer feedback drives our product forward.

At 3YOURMIND, you’ll join a truly multinational and distributed team where respect flows across all roles and hierarchies. We thrive on diverse perspectives, remote collaboration, and an environment where every voice is valued, allowing you to do your best work alongside colleagues from all around the globe.
