- Scope, script, storyboard, and project manage customer & partner video testimonial projects working with internal creative teams or external production agencies from concept to final cut.
- Write and produce high-impact written case studies, blog posts, social proof snippets, and slides.
- Organize and manage the customer and partner reference database.
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams to identify, nominate, and pipeline new customer and partner advocates.
- Project manage the end-to-end review and approval process for all joint assets.
- Collaborate with Growth and Regional marketing teams to integrate customer/partner stories and videos into active demand generation and regional awareness campaigns.
- Document, track, and regularly communicate metrics of success, content performance, and program insights for continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, Partner Marketing, Content Marketing, and/or Brand/Video Production Management.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Experience managing video production workflows (scripting, interviewing, and directing production) alongside traditional written and webinar content creation.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple content workstreams, manage external vendors, and drive deliverables with stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
- Great written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for translating complex, technical use cases into human-centric, value-driven stories.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build trust easily with high-profile global customers and partners.
What Makes You Stand Out:
- A portfolio of written or video case studies.
