About this role
We are seeking a Creative Operations Lead (Level 7) to serve as the operational backbone, strategic connector, and primary facilitator for the Flex Creative node in Mexico City. This is a leadership position focused on orchestrating workflow infrastructures, removing operational friction, and scaling the cell's creative output to match the demands of a world-class global enterprise.
Reporting into the local leadership, you will serve as the critical, high-frequency bridge between the Mexico City creative cell and Salesforce Headquarters (HQ). Working in close alignment with the broader global creative leadership team, you will ensure that the node's resource management, production pipelines, and localization workflows remain flawlessly synchronized with global campaign roadmaps.
What you will do
● HQ Alliance & High-Level Bridging: Act as the primary operational point of contact for Salesforce Headquarters, maintaining a rigorous connection with our team’s Global Director of Operations and global creative leaders to align regional delivery with global priorities.
● Workflow & Pipeline Orchestration: Design, optimize, and enforce agile project management frameworks within the local node, tracking timelines, milestones, and high-stakes deliverables for monumental events like Dreamforce.
● Operational Resource & Stack Custody: Manage the logistics, deployment, and scalability of the team’s advanced tech infrastructure, coordinating enterprise licensing, compliance, and legal tracking for our generative AI stack (Runway, Kling, ComfyUI).
● Cross-Functional Communication Architecture: Structure and facilitate seamless feedback loops, creative handoffs, and brief distribution between local motion/design specialists and distributed global stakeholder networks (AMER, EMEA).
● Operational Efficiency Analysis: Track and measure the node’s cycle speeds and production balances, identifying operational bottlenecks and deploying strategic solutions to support the cell's target of a 30% faster production delivery.
What experience you have
● 8+ Years of Elite Operations Leadership: Extensive experience in creative operations, program management, or traffic direction within a top company, high-volume creative agency, or matrixed enterprise marketing group.
● Mastery of Complex Resource Logistics: Proven track record of managing geographically distributed creative pipelines, localized asset distribution, and high-tier vendor alignments.
● Familiarity with Modern Creative Pipelines: Deep conceptual understanding of digital design ecosystems, asset handoff frameworks (Figma, Lottie, Rive), and a strong appetite for scaling operations through AI-augmented workflows.
● Elite Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated excellence in navigating corporate matrixes, managing executive expectations, and partnering closely with senior leadership at corporate headquarters.
● Impeccable Linguistic & Executive Fluency: Flawless professional communication skills in English (written and verbal), with the capability to lead cross-functional syncs, author comprehensive operational briefs, and align with C-level stakeholders at HQ.
How Success Is Measured
Performance will be highly KPI-driven, aligned directly with the cell's structural health:
● Engineered Cycle Speed Integration: Ensuring the internal tracking, platform infrastructure, and resource pipelines function efficiently enough to enable the team's 30% production speed acceleration.
● First-pass Brand Compliance Alignment (Target: 100%): Securing flawless pre-review compliance checks across files and documentation before delivery to HQ, ensuring executive reviews focus on creative edge rather than operational corrections.
● Node Role Evolution Success: Protecting the creative focus of the cell by handling administrative, technical, and logistic friction, allowing the team to cleanly dedicate 40% of their bandwidth to pure systemic origination.
