Job Description
POSITION:
As a Consultant, you will:
- Own meaningful pieces of the work: lead defined analyses and project workstreams across research, data analysis, financial modeling, and pricing and market access topics.
- Translate evidence into recommendations: turn data, research, and market insights into clear client-ready deliverables that support strategic decision-making.
- Help drive project delivery: coordinate with colleagues, track progress, support day-to-day execution, and contribute to smooth communication with client counterparts.
Grow as a consultant and market access expert: deepen your expertise in pricing, reimbursement, access, and life sciences while contributing to proposals, knowledge assets, and a collaborative team culture.
WHY US
- Join a team at the heart of global market access. Become part of NAVLIN's Global Pricing & Market Access (GMAP) team, a dynamic, international group that pairs deep in-house expertise with real-time intelligence on pricing, HTA, and regulatory developments through our industry-benchmark platform.
- Work with tools that set the standard. Put advanced price-management software, launch-sequence simulation, and a fast-growing set of AI-enabled capabilities to work, turning complex data into strategic, well-grounded recommendations for our clients.
- Lead work that shapes how therapies reach patients. Own high-stakes initiatives across Europe, APAC, and LATAM: launch sequencing and pricing for ATMPs and orphan drugs, indication-expansion planning, LOE strategy, forecasting, and asset due diligence.
- Grow with a multicultural team that's expanding fast. Work alongside top talent from across Europe, blending local market nuance with real collaboration, in a team that grows year on year.
- Enjoy flexible working, done properly. Do your best work remotely or from our satellite offices in London, Berlin, and Milan, all open to everyone and fully backed by robust IT.

- Strong analytical and quantitative foundation, with the ability to structure complex problems and turn evidence into clear business implications.
- Genuine ambition to grow into a Global Market Access & Pricing expert, building on either local market expertise or broader global exposure.
- Clear career trajectory, with experiences showing increasing responsibility, learning agility, and potential to create value for clients.
