Concierge Longevity Physician

Are you ready to help reinvent primary care with a focus on lifestyle medicine and longevity? As Amenities Health’s Concierge Longevity Physician, you’ll not only deliver comprehensive primary care, but also actively shape the evolution of our premium concierge practice from day one. The focus of this clinical role is on a Concierge Longevity Program which includes elements of traditional primary care, time to build relationships with your patients, and time to focus on the latest in longevity assessments and treatments.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver longitudinal, relationship-based care to a curated virtual panel (~1,000 members) — from preventive health and chronic conditions to complex care coordination, lifestyle medicine, root cause diagnosis, and advanced wellness.
• Focus on modern longevity approaches based in lifestyle medicine with bandwidth to contemplate and advise patients on emerging pharmacological (e.g., GLP-1s, Category 1 Peptides) and non-pharmacological (e.g., red-light therapy, hot/cold plunges, hyperbaric) therapies.
• Lead and contribute to the continued development of digital workflows, messaging norms, scheduling design, white-glove service protocols, and advanced clinical offerings.
• Serve as a clinical voice in shaping practice culture, communication standards, and patient engagement—in a nimble, highly-motivated startup where your ideas directly impact care delivery.
• Enjoy protected time for same-day urgent care, in-depth consults (50-min new appointments, 25-min follow-ups), and flexible administrative blocks—with zero legacy headaches or RVU churn.

What Makes This Role Different

• Your panel, your pace: focus on quality of relationships, not volume of visits.
• You’ll help build; not just participate. From EMR customizations to new service lines and wellness offerings, your clinical feedback directly drives our growth.
• Join a company at the intersection of primary care, concierge medicine, longevity, AI-supported virtual care, and premium member services.
• No maneuvering long clinic hallways, no “surprise” overbooks—just fully remote, modern, and optimized care that acknowledges that the best patient loyalty comes from physician loyalty.
• As a direct (cash-pay) model, insurance billing workflows will not be a part of the physician’s role, giving you more time to focus on excellent patient care

We Offer

• 100% remote, flexibly scheduled position (standard hours at launch, with future options to customize your week)
• Panel capped at 1,000 for deep relationships—with full team support, modern EMR, and administrative help
• The resources of major partner institutions (i.e., a robust referral network to supplement your care leadership)
• 100% company-paid health insurance for you and/or family
• A 401K program
• PTO package, monthly wellness days, and annual off-sites
• A mix of base annual salary and performance bonus for total cash compensation
• Generous stock options: true ownership in our collective future

Requirements:

• US board-certified MD/DO in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• 3+ years in outpatient practice experience
• Active medical license (or eligibility)
• A service-oriented approach to patient care (i.e., a willingness, patience and joy in engaging patients, at their level, on their questions and interests)
• A willingness to engage and stay up-to-date on topics like longevity, advanced testing, wearable data and monitoring, mental health, women's/men's health, and more

Preferred / Plus:

• A social media presence, including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.
• Medical license in current and expansion states (NC, TX, CA, IN) or multi-state licensure
• Experience in virtual care and/or concierge, DPC, or membership-based models
• Strong track record of delivering outstanding patient experience and clinical excellence
• An openness to new care frameworks and innovations and a commitment to comprehensive service to the patient
• Comfort and curiosity with the latest in health tech: AI documentation, wearables, advanced diagnostics, lifestyle medicine, longevity, root-cause approaches
• Commitment to collaborating, iterating, and building a better model—not just working in the old one

All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.

Amenities Health is on a mission to build lasting loyalty in healthcare through our white-labeled concierge membership services for leading health systems. We believe that physicians sit at the center of that experience, and our model is designed to give them the time, tools, and operational support they need to deliver exceptional, relationship-driven care.

Founded by a physician executive with deep experience in major health systems and consumer-facing healthcare innovation, Amenities Health blends technology, care services, and clinical operations to create a best-in-class, scalable concierge care experience. Our virtual-first, membership-based model pairs market-leading digital infrastructure with a high-touch service approach, enabling physicians to build trusted, long-term relationships with a thoughtfully capped panel of patients.

As we scale with some of the country’s top healthcare brands, we’re setting a new standard for what modern longevity care can feel like - for patients, for physicians, and for the systems that support them. We invite clinicians who value time, connection, and care excellence to help us shape the future of concierge care. Unlike most technology companies who are trying to increase panel sizes, we’re capping them at 1,000. We believe that, with enough time, physicians can and should develop loyal, trusted relationships with their patients… which is an excellent business strategy.
