Our aim is to make their commerce and customer management seamless, and manageable fully via Tide. We work closely with Product, BI, CRM, Sales, and Operations teams to translate member and market insights into appealing product enhancements, effective positioning, go-to-market strategies, and campaigns that enhance engagement and retention. We also develop and lead the GTMs for our website builder ‘Own Website’, eCommerce store ‘Own Website Plus’, a new Tide Online Network and customer lead generation and management, besides partner offers to give our members even more value and a suite of customer management tools, with an ambitious roadmap for the next 2 years to extend this offering even further. As a high-impact team, we move quickly from ideation to execution, learning and iterating throughout the process.
