Why Join Us?
This is a commission-based opportunity for self-directed producers who want control over their market, schedule, pipeline, and earning potential. You will work with commercial and industrial clients to reduce energy costs, compare supplier options, improve contract strategy, and evaluate energy solutions that support cost savings, efficiency, sustainability, and infrastructure growth.
What makes this opportunity different is the range of solutions you can bring to the table. You are not limited to one product or a single transaction. Through Navigate Power and Verde Solutions, you can support clients across electricity, natural gas, supplier strategy, solar, EV charging, battery storage, energy efficiency upgrades, and broader energy-management projects.
You bring the relationships, discipline, and drive to create opportunities. We provide access to more than 110 suppliers across the country, pricing tools, proposal support, training, marketing resources and back-office infrastructure to help you price, present, close, renew, and expand your business.
Navigate Power helps commercial and industrial clients make smarter electricity and natural gas decisions through supplier access, market guidance, procurement strategy, and energy management support.
This role is built for producers who are comfortable creating their own pipeline and growing income through new business, renewals, referrals, and expanded client solutions. For the right person, this is not just another commission role. It's a business-building opportunity in a market every commercial client has to care about: energy.
