Client Partner Associate

Start Your Career. Help Shape What’s Next. You’ve worked hard to stand out in college. Now find a career that will challenge you to keep growing. For 40 years, Aquent has helped shape how companies find talent and how people work. We grew by challenging convention, embracing new technology, and continually reinventing what’s possible. Now we’re looking for the next generation to help shape what comes next. Aquent Futures is our early career opportunity for high-achieving recent graduates who are curious, ambitious, and ready to learn quickly. You don’t need previous recruiting or sales experience. We’re looking for people with the potential to become future leaders. What You'll Do You’ll gain hands-on experience across the client side of our business: Client Development & Sales — Learn how to research companies, uncover business needs, identify opportunities, build client relationships, and develop consultative selling skills. Along the way, you’ll be a part of a company with a legacy of innovation and technology to create competitive advantage. Who We’re Looking For Your major matters less than what you’ve demonstrated you can accomplish.

You may be a strong fit if you have:

• Academic Achievement — You have a strong academic record that demonstrates intellectual curiosity, discipline, and the ability to learn quickly.
• Leadership Potential — You’ve taken initiative, influenced others, pursued meaningful goals, or demonstrated leadership through academics, work, athletics, or extracurricular experiences.
• Technology Proficiency — You’re curious about innovative technology, actively exploring how to use it ethically, and excited about how emerging technology is changing business and work.
• An Engineering Mindset — You approach problems with curiosity and structure—asking good questions, breaking complex challenges into parts, testing ideas, and looking for better ways to solve problems.

You’ll learn by doing, with training, coaching, mentorship, and exposure to experienced Aquent leaders. High-performing participants may have the opportunity to build a full-time career at Aquent in Client Development, based on performance and business needs. Aquent has spent 40 years helping shape the future of work. Come help us shape the next 40.
