Job SummaryAs the Client Marketing Manager, you will own the full scope of programs that deepen relationships with Andela’s clients, amplify the voice of the customer, and surface market intelligence that directly supports commercial growth. You will operate the Client Advisory Board, lead Voice of the Customer and NPS programs, produce a robust bank of case studies and testimonials, and serve as the connective tissue between Andela’s client base and its broader go-to-market strategy.
You will operate as a strategic partner to Sales, Customer Success, and senior leadership — ensuring that the client perspective informs everything from product positioning to growth strategy. This role reports to the VP, Global Head of Marketing.
Exceptional LeadershipAs an Andelan, you’ll serve as a role model for the rest of the company — you do not need to manage people to be a leader at Andela! Think about the feedback your peers typically give you — if it usually sounds like the below, we want to hear from you.
Low ego, low drama: You share credit, take blame. You like being wrong because it means someone else had an even better idea.
Onedela mentality: You break silos across teams. You put the company and mission first above your team alone.
Great listener, hungry for feedback: You’re always seeking to improve – our product, our business, yourself. You solicit diverse opinions and deeply listen.
Owner, not renter: You see a problem, you fix it or find someone who will. The buck stops with you.
Cultivator: You enrich, you push, you make others grow. It comes from the heart, because you care.
