About Treatspace / PracticeBeat

Treatspace is a Pittsburgh-based healthcare technology company focused on helping medical practices improve how they attract, engage, and connect patients with care.

As we continue to grow, we’re investing in an important new area of the business: strategic and channel partnerships.

We’re looking for someone to help us build that channel.

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Channel Partnerships Manager – Healthcare SaaS to identify, develop, activate, and grow partnerships that can become a meaningful source of new customers and revenue for Treatspace.

This isn’t a role where you’ll inherit a mature partner program and simply manage existing relationships.

You’ll help build the channel from the ground up.

You’ll identify organizations that serve or influence the same healthcare customers we do, develop relationships with key stakeholders, create mutually beneficial partnerships, and ultimately help turn those relationships into qualified opportunities for our Account Executive team.

We’re looking for someone who can think strategically about partnerships but is also comfortable doing the work required to create them.

That means researching potential partners, reaching out, getting meetings, building relationships, creating value for both organizations, and staying involved until the partnership produces real opportunities.

What You’ll DoBuild the Partner Ecosystem

• Identify and prioritize potential channel and strategic partners
• Research potential partners based on strategic fit, customer alignment, reach, and revenue opportunity
• Prospect into new partner organizations through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, events, and referrals
• Build relationships with executives, sales leaders, partnership leaders, and other key stakeholders
• Develop a clear value proposition for why organizations should partner with Treatspace
• Help structure and launch referral, co-selling, strategic, and channel relationships

Activate Partners

Signing a partnership is only the beginning.

You’ll work with partners to make sure they understand who we help, where Treatspace can create value, and how to recognize potential opportunities.

You’ll:

• Build relationships with partner sales teams and account managers
• Educate partners on Treatspace and PracticeBeat
• Help partners identify customers who could benefit from our solutions
• Develop simple messaging and talk tracks partners can use to introduce Treatspace
• Create repeatable processes for partner referrals and introductions
• Coordinate joint outreach and account-mapping opportunities
• Work with Marketing and Sales to create partner-facing materials and campaigns
• Maintain regular communication with active partners to keep Treatspace top of mind

Turn Partner Relationships Into Pipeline

This is ultimately a revenue-generating role.

You’ll be responsible for helping partnerships produce qualified sales opportunities.

When a partner identifies a potential customer, you’ll help make sure the introduction turns into a meaningful conversation.

That includes:

• Coordinating introductions between partners, prospects, and Treatspace Account Executives
• Providing context around the relationship and opportunity before AE meetings
• Helping prospects understand the value of engaging with Treatspace
• Participating in partner-sourced sales conversations when appropriate
• Working alongside AEs to maintain momentum throughout the sales process
• Keeping partners engaged during active opportunities
• Helping strengthen the value of the relationship rather than simply passing over a name
• Following up with partners on outcomes and identifying additional opportunities

The goal isn’t just partner referrals.

The goal is partner-sourced revenue.

Help Us Build the Channel Playbook

Because this is an emerging growth channel for Treatspace, you’ll also help determine how we scale it.

You’ll work with sales leadership to evaluate:

• Which types of partnerships produce the strongest opportunities
• What makes partners actively refer business
• What messaging resonates with different partner organizations
• How new partners should be onboarded and enabled
• What a successful co-selling motion should look like
• Which partners deserve additional investment
• How partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue should be measured
• How to improve engagement and production from existing partners

You’ll help turn what works into a repeatable partner acquisition and activation playbook.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who combines business development ability with strong relationship-building skills.

You may be a great fit if you’re:

• A Hunter – You’re comfortable creating new relationships from scratch.
• A Relationship Builder – You understand that strong partnerships are built through trust, consistency, and mutual value.
• Commercially Minded – You understand that partnerships ultimately need to produce measurable business results.
• Entrepreneurial – You enjoy building something that doesn’t already have every process documented.
• Strategic – You can identify where partnerships can create leverage for the business.
• Persistent – You understand that meaningful partnerships take consistent effort.
• Collaborative – You can work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, leadership, and external partner teams.
• Accountable – You’re comfortable being measured on partner activity, pipeline, and revenue.

Experience

We’re open to candidates from backgrounds including:

• Channel partnerships
• Strategic partnerships
• Business development
• SaaS sales
• Healthcare technology sales
• Partner or alliance management

Experience selling into healthcare or working with organizations that serve medical practices is valuable.

Experience helping build a partner program or new business development motion from an early stage is a strong plus.

How Success Will Be Measured

Success in this position will ultimately be measured by the business the channel produces.

Key metrics may include:

• New qualified partner conversations
• New partnerships established
• Number of activated partners
• Partner-generated introductions
• Qualified partner-sourced opportunities
• Partner-sourced pipeline
• Conversion of partner introductions into sales opportunities
• Partner-influenced revenue
• Partner-sourced closed revenue
• Engagement and production from existing partners

We don’t want to build a large list of partners who never produce opportunities.

We want to build an engaged partner ecosystem that understands our value, introduces us to the right prospects, and becomes a meaningful extension of our go-to-market strategy.

Why Join Treatspace?Build Something

You’ll have the opportunity to help shape Treatspace’s channel strategy instead of stepping into a program that’s already been fully built.

Direct Impact on Growth

You’ll be creating a new source of pipeline and revenue for the company and will have visibility into the impact of the partnerships you develop.

Work Directly With Sales Leadership

You’ll collaborate closely with Treatspace leadership and our Account Executive team to develop the partner strategy and improve the way partner opportunities move through the sales process.

Opportunity to Grow

As the partner channel grows, this role has the opportunity to grow with it — including increased responsibility for channel strategy, larger strategic relationships, and future partnership leadership opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary paid in USD
• Full-time remote position
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST schedule
• U.S. company holidays
