🌐 Care Ops

Health can’t wait.

Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.

Alan exists to end the wait.

Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.

So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.

We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.

Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.

You might look at Alan’s Care team today—managing high volumes seamlessly, supported by strong partners, and automating 50 of conversations—and ask: "It works, so why join now?"

Yet, the most exciting part is still ahead. We are at a turning point as we prepare to support millions of members and push to set the standards in the industry.

Here is why this is the moment to join.

• People: This is the opportunity to join a team with incredibly high talent density, operating with distributed ownership—empowered Crew Leads, strong deputies, and Guillaume Poirier as Care Ops Lead. It is a proven engine for creating talent and fueling internal mobility.

• Processes: We absorb high volumes without glitches (including Ministry of Finance in France) and collaborate smoothly with Product and Sales. We trust and work hand-in-hand with solid external partners in France and Spain.

• Innovation: We are one of the few companies in the world claiming to automate 40% of member conversations as of the end of 2025 (a true market benchmark).

We're building an organization capable of serving 3 million members with a lean team. To get there, we need people who can build scalable systems (analytical and operational) that make this possible.

What this means for the role you're joining:

• Our operations are getting smarter, and our analytics need to keep up: We don't just need dashboards. We need to understand what drives performance, spot problems early, and help teams decide faster. You'll build this.

• Our planning is getting more complex: More countries, more automation, more partner teams. We need better models to know how many people we need, where, and when.

• Our tools need to scale: What works with manual effort today won't work at 3x the volume. You'll build AI-powered tools and workflows that make operations smoother across the board.

Recognition: We are building something unique, yet we are not yet known externally as the reference for Care operations.

The Care Ops team supports the Care Community globally (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada) by providing tools, processes, and data to deliver on our Roadmap and Strategic Plan. Care Ops is accountable for operational excellence and efficiency in Care, enabling the Community to scale without any compromise on user experience.

We are looking for a Care Ops who loves numbers, builds tools, and wants to have a real impact on how we run operations at scale.

You'll join a team of 10 and work across the full spectrum of our operations: understanding what drives our performance, building the tools and models that help us make better decisions, and collaborating daily with Data, Engineering, Product, and Care teams.

One week you'll be deep in a staffing model, the next you'll be building an AI-powered reporting tool, the next you'll be presenting a performance deep dive to Crew Leads.

Some of our missions include:

1/ Performance analytics and operational insights

• Build and improve dashboards and reports that help teams understand what's happening and why. Not just track numbers — explain them.

• Conduct deep dives into operational performance (response times, resolution quality, contact drivers) and deliver concrete recommendations.

• Help define and maintain our key metrics across countries: what do we measure, where does the data live, how do we make it reliable.

• Work closely with our Data team and Care Crew Leads to turn data into decisions.

2/ Planning, forecasting, and resource optimization

• Help build and improve our staffing models: how many people do we need, when, and where? How does automation change the equation?

• Contribute to simplifying our planning tools and processes

• Work with our external partners on capacity planning and delivery tracking.

• Challenge how we do things today.

3/ Tooling and AI

• Build and improve operational tools using AI and no-code solutions (Dust, Claude, automation platforms). You'll probably build half your tools with AI.

• Identify where current processes don't scale and propose solutions — sometimes a simple script, sometimes a product need.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering crews to push efficiency needs into the roadmap.

You will excel as a Care Ops if you:

• Communicate clearly in English and French, written and verbal. You'll work with many teams and clarity matters.

• Think in numbers. You're comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and ideally SQL. You build models, not just read dashboards.

• Have a performance mindset. You want to understand why a metric moves. You look for root causes and push for action.

• Are curious about AI and tooling. You use AI tools in your daily work and see them as building blocks. You're excited to learn and experiment.

• Get your hands dirty. You dig into the details, fix what's broken, and don't wait for someone else to do it.

• Have 2-5 years of experience in operations, analytics, consulting, or a similar role — ideally in a tech or startup environment.

• Have an organized and structured mindset.

• Can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Our ideal candidate thrives in a startup or tech company environment and is excited about the opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing company. If this sounds like you, then you might just be the Care Ops we're looking for.

We value diversity and encourage individuals from varied experiences and backgrounds to apply. Join our Care team and contribute to our mission of delivering an exceptional user experience.

For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the B1-C1 level range.
