Can't find anything? Say Hello anyway!

Remote in our day-to-day work. On-site when it matters.
We work remote by default – focused, efficient, and with full ownership. For larger features, architectural decisions, and real brainstorming sessions, we come together in Berlin – fast, hands-on, and without unnecessary meeting overhead.

We use AI to accelerate – not to replace thinking.
We design the system, steer the output, and take responsibility for what we ship.
Fast where it makes sense. Careful where it matters.

No Job Posting? No Problem. We’re always open for great minds. Let’s talk.

At smartclip, we don’t just wait for the perfect application — we invite it. If you're someone who combines technical curiosity with initiative and ownership, we’d love to hear from you.

Whether you’re deep in the world of AdTech or playing with clusters in Kubernetes, whether you shape video ad formats, build data pipelines, or scale cloud-native services — if you're passionate about building tech that matters, we want to talk to you.

• AdTech / MarTech / AdOps / Ad Delivery / Ad Formats (Video, Audio, Hybrid)

• Product Management & Ownership

• Cloud & DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Google Cloud

• Big Data / Python / SQL / Java / Scala

• Node.js / TypeScript / JavaScript / React

• C++

• etc.

Did you just nod at one (or more) of these? Then don’t wait for a job post — reach out.

Let's keep it casual. Book a no-pressure 20-minute chat with Sarah, our Senior Recruiter.

No CV needed (yet), no slides, no prep — just a conversation. Ask anything: about our team, projects, how we work, and what we’re building next.

We’ll tell you what it’s like working at smartclip — and you’ll tell us what drives you. If there’s a match, we’ll find the right opportunity together. Because we don’t hire for roles. We hire for impact.
