• Own and optimize your acquisition channels (LinkedIn, email, networking, etc.) to consistently build a strong pipeline.

• Collaborate closely with the Operations team on strategic initiatives that support outbound growth – lead generation, sales automation, CRM enhancements, and more.

• Maintain high-quality CRM data to ensure accurate tracking and forecasting.

• Proactively forecast revenue and document key daily activities and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Sales experience: Minimum 2 year (including internships), with proven exposure to cold calling. SaaS or tech industry background is a strong plus.

• Location: You’re based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona, Spain.

• Communication: You’re a natural communicator – clear, concise, and persuasive in both writing and speech.

• Adaptability: You know how to tailor your message on the fly, quickly adapting to different audiences and situations.

• Organized & focused: You manage your priorities effectively while staying focused on long-term goals.

• Tech-savvy: Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Lemlist, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Notion is a bonus.

Your profile:

• You’ve already had a first experience in sales or a customer-facing role (internships included).

• You’re confident, curious, and resilient – with the ability to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
