Role Background

As our B2B business continues to expand, we're looking for a  Business Development Manager to help grow one of our newest B2B products in Greece. This is a unique opportunity to help build a new business line from the ground up.

This is a hands-on individual contributor sales role where you'll spend a significant part of your time identifying and prospecting new companies, building your own pipeline, running sales meetings, negotiating commercial agreements, and closing new business.

You'll work with companies of all sizes, from startups and SMBs to large enterprises, and engage stakeholders across HR, Finance, Procurement and senior management.

We're looking for someone who enjoys new business acquisition and outbound sales and is comfortable owning the full sales process independently, from identifying a prospect and making the first contact through to negotiation, closing and launch.

You'll work closely with regional and cross-functional teams while personally owning your sales pipeline and individual sales targets for the Greek market.

What you’ll be doing

• Proactively identify and acquire new B2B customers through outbound prospecting, including cold outreach, networking, referrals and strategic account targeting.
• Build your own pipeline of new business opportunities and consistently work toward individual monthly sales targets.
• Own the full sales cycle from first outreach and discovery through proposal, negotiation, closing and launch.
• Maintain a high-quality CRM pipeline and accurate sales forecasts.
• Run consultative sales processes lasting approximately 1-6 months and navigate multiple stakeholders across HR, Finance, Procurement and senior management.
• Develop account strategies for high-potential prospects and tailor the commercial proposition to their business needs.
• Build trusted relationships with new partners and identify opportunities to expand those partnerships after acquisition.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth partner experience from signing through launch.

Success in this role means:

• Consistently achieving monthly sales targets.
• Building a healthy sales pipeline.
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Our humble expectations

• Proven experience in B2B new business acquisition/hunter sales, with responsibility for generating your own opportunities.
• Comfortable with high levels of outbound prospecting.
• Experience selling B2B solutions rather than transactional products.
• Experience managing consultative sales cycles lasting 1-6 months with multiple stakeholders.
• Confidence engaging multiple stakeholders, including HR, Finance, Procurement and senior decision-makers.
• Strong pipeline management and CRM discipline.
• Data-driven decision-making and forecasting.
• Fluent in English and Greek.
