About the role
At Convertros, we’re building something different:
A remote-first sales organisation where high performers thrive, learning is constant, and growth isn’t a vague promise — it’s a structured path.
We're scaling fast, and we’re hiring people who want more than just a paycheck. This is where your sales career takes off.
🌍 Work from anywhere — Seriously.
We’ve been remote since day one. You’ll collaborate with teammates across the world, with the autonomy to perform from wherever you are. No office, no politics, no wasted time.
💸 You win, you earn.
This is a commission-based role, and it’s designed for those who want their effort to translate into results.
Top-performing BDAs earn competitive weekly pay, with clear metrics and consistent payouts.
Your income scales with your performance. You set the pace.
No guesswork, just growth.
🚀 Your career path is real.
We don’t do empty titles.
We promote from within — always. Every 90 days, you’ll be reviewed based on your numbers and your mindset. And when you're ready, you move up.
All of our leaders have started in this exact role. We don’t skip the climb — we’ve just made it fast and transparent.
📞 What you'll be doing
As a BDA, you’ll be the first voice for U.S. consumer brands in industries like Financial Services and Home Improvement.
Handle inbound leads — warm calls, no cold prospecting.
Turn interest into action: bookings, appointments, enrollments.
Own your performance and get real-time coaching to improve fast.
Work a full-time shift (40 hrs/week), scheduled between 12 PMand 12 AM EST.
You’ll be measured — but you’ll never be micromanaged. You own your time, your output, and your impact.
🧠 Who thrives here
You don’t need sales experience — you need the right mindset.
You learn fast and act faster.
You welcome feedback, not just praise.
You want responsibility, not babysitting.
You value growth more than comfort.
If you live by Hustle, Curiosity, Ownership, and Care, you’ll feel right at home.
