Business Analyst – Adobe Experience Cloud

Job Description:

Turn Business Challenges into Digital Experiences That Matter

Do you enjoy asking "why" before jumping to a solution?

Are you the person who can walk into a room full of stakeholders, uncover the real business problem, and translate complex requirements into actionable solutions for developers, architects, and product teams?

If so, we'd love to meet you.

At dentsu, we're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help shape and deliver enterprise-scale digital experience solutions powered by the Adobe Experience Cloud. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leading discovery workshops, defining requirements, and partnering with cross-functional teams to bring digital experiences to life.

Why This Role Is Exciting

This isn't a role where you simply document requirements.

You'll have a seat at the table from day one, helping clients define their vision, challenge assumptions, resolve ambiguity, and develop solutions that create meaningful business value. You'll work alongside solution architects, UX designers, developers, QA teams, product owners, and business leaders to deliver innovative Adobe-powered experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead Discovery & Shape Solutions

• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, discovery workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Uncover business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
• Help stakeholders differentiate between business objectives, technical requirements, and solution preferences.
• Drive conversations that move projects from ambiguity to clarity.

Drive Agile Delivery

• Develop epics, features, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Own requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners and delivery teams to prioritize work and maximize value.

Be the Bridge Between Business and Technology

• Collaborate with architects, developers, UX teams, QA teams, and stakeholders.
• Evaluate business requirements against Adobe platform capabilities and constraints.
• Identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and opportunities before they impact delivery.
• Support testing, UAT, release readiness, and business validation activities.

What You'll Work With

You'll work across leading Adobe technologies, including:

• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites
• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets
• Adobe Edge Delivery Services
• Adobe Workfront
• Adobe Content Hub
• Adobe Dynamic Media
• Other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions

What Makes You Successful

You thrive when:

• Leading discovery workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Solving complex business problems.
• Working in Agile environments.
• Building relationships with both business and technical teams.
• Turning ideas into clear user stories and executable requirements.
• Driving projects forward without needing constant direction.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites and/or AEM Assets).
• Strong Agile and Scrum experience.
• Expertise with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience supporting QA, UAT, and release activities.
• Proven ability to lead requirements discovery and stakeholder workshops.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and consulting skills.

Why dentsu?

You'll be empowered to influence solutions, drive strategic conversations, and make a measurable impact on the client experience.
