Your Role

• Watch first:A Day in the Life of a Client Experience Associate

• Answer inbound calls for our clients' businesses from home. You'll capture leads, take orders, schedule appointments, and send messages to clients.

• Handle a range of call types, including standard answering, Active Response (where a message pops up and you are to make an outbound call to someone), live chat, relay calls, appointment setting, and legal intake calls. You'll be trained on each one.

• Expect a steady, fast pace. Calls often come in back-to-back, and we measure performance by quality, accuracy, ready %, and after-call work time.

Your Schedule

• 40 hours per week, mostly scheduled between 5:00 am and 8:00 pm Pacific Time.

• A minimum of 8 hours every Friday and Saturday is required for the first 8-12 weeks after training.

• You choose your own shifts each week, but choice is ranked by performance tier. Higher tiers pick first, so new associates should expect the least choice at the start. Flexibility is a must.

• Attendance is tracked with a points system. Being reliable is very important!

Training

• 2 weeks of paid training, followed by 8–12 weeks of Learning & Development, where you’ll take live calls with ongoing support.

• During this period, you'll need full availability for 40 hours a week and can't block off holidays or vacation time.

Your Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication in both English & Spanish (fluent in both languages).

• A warm, upbeat tone and a genuine interest in helping people

• A good listener who stays calm and efficient under pressure

• Dependable: you show up for every scheduled shift, on time

• Strong computer skills and typing at a minimum of 30 WPM

• A growth mindset and eagerness to learn new call types and tools

About AnywhereWorks

Work is what you do, not where you do it. We’re on a mission to help the world work Anywhere. We believe people should be able to work and learn together, whether they’re communicating across a table or across the world.

We offer a diverse set of products and services to a variety of businesses, from live answering services to scheduling and payment platforms to shared working spaces. We empower people to communicate, collaborate and produce. We’re committed to building a more inclusive future of work, where people can contribute from Anywhere.

What "Anywhere" Means to Us

Other terms out in the world are “remote” “distributed” “telecommuting” – for us, these words do not speak to the experience we hope you will have working with us Anywhere.

Isolation and a lack of social interaction are common concerns when people think about Remote working. The word “Remote” itself can conjure up ideas of loneliness and being disconnected from your colleagues. That’s why we like the more empowering language of “working Anywhere”, with Anywhere representing an unconstrained, plugged-in destination.

AnywhereWorks is committed to providing equal opportunity employment; creating, managing, and valuing diversity in our workforce; providing a safe work environment; and fostering a culture of belonging where all employees are included, treated with dignity and respect, promoted on their merits, and placed in positions to contribute to our future success.

Background Check

Please note that all candidates who receive a conditional offer of employment will be required to undergo a background check as part of the pre-employment screening process. This is to ensure the safety and integrity of our workplace and to comply with our company policies.

We comply with all requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) to ensure the privacy and rights of our applicants are protected.

Equal Opportunity

AnywhereWorks is committed to providing equal opportunity employment; creating, managing, and valuing diversity in our workforce; providing a safe work environment; and fostering a culture of belonging where all employees are included, treated with dignity and respect, promoted on their merits, and placed in positions to contribute to our future success.
