Job Description
Every deal SIXT's B2B sales team closes is won or lost on the materials behind it: the pitch that shows we understand a customer's business, the battle card that beats a competitor's claim in the room, the case study that replaces a promise with proof. Making sure those materials exist, stay current, and hold up when it matters is what this job is about. As Professional B2B Sales Marketing, you help create and maintain the content reps rely on every single day, from a first pitch to a renewal conversation. You support the development of bespoke materials for our most strategic accounts, keep the standard toolkit accurate as products and processes change. You'll also get hands-on with our AI-supported content production, helping build self-service tools that let reps generate on-brand materials themselves. Join our B2B team in Lisbon!
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You support the creation of bespoke marketing materials for top-tier strategic accounts — the deals with the largest size and the most competitive pressure — including the guidelines that walk a customer's own travelers through that customer's specific booking, check-out, return, payment and billing process
- You create and continuously update the standard materials every rep depends on day to day — onepagers, flyers, user guides, videos and online infopoints — so no one is ever pitching outdated products or processes
- You support the extension of AI-supported content production into self-service tools for Sales, helping reps generate on-brand materials themselves while a final human review keeps every output on-brand and compliant with Corporate Identity standards
- You help maintain battle cards, case studies and TCO calculators: the tools reps use live, in the room, to counter competitor claims, back arguments with proof instead of assertion, and reframe price objections around total value instead of sticker price
- You bring a European view to the table, as the team focuses on our North America and Europe markets
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Background and sales instinct You have 1-2 years of experience in B2B content or product marketing, ideally in a sales-facing environment, and a good instinct for what helps a rep win a deal
- Design and presentation tools You have good experience with PowerPoint and a sharp eye for detail, keeping materials clean, consistent and on-brand
- Languages You speak fluent English (must-have), and German and French are a very high bonus
- Writing and storytelling You write clearly and persuasively, you translate products and processes into something a customer immediately understands, and you hold a high bar for accuracy and brand consistency
- AI fluency You're comfortable using AI tools to speed up content production and ready to help build self-service marketing tools for Sales, with human review as the final check
- Collaboration and ownership You work closely with sales teams, manage your own workload across day-to-day and ad hoc requests, and keep the toolkit current without needing to be chased
