ABOUT THE TEAM

This includes reviewing and negotiating various types of commercial agreements, such as enterprise licensing transactions, collaborations with partners, and consulting engagements. You will also be providing legal support across complex regulatory compliances, anti-piracy initiatives, and engaging directly with functional teams to drive solutions.
