If this sounds like an environment that you believe could work for you then read on to find out more.

The role:

As our Associate Agile Delivery Coordinator, you'll keep 2–3 Agile teams' delivery visible and on track by coordinating Release Train activity, and staying ahead of dependencies and risk before they become real problems.

You'll also turn delivery data into insight, using AI tools as a natural part of how you work, to spot where flow is slowing, where risks keep recurring, and where a small change could make delivery more predictable and effective.

Success in this role means becoming the trusted go-to for day-to-day queries from Product, Engineering and Commercial. You’ll be working closely alongside our Head of Agile Delivery, communicating status and known risks clearly, and managing expectations along the way.

Here’s what you’ll be getting up to:

• Keeping delivery moving across multiple Agile teams by tracking sprints, releases, blockers and dependencies, and following up before small hiccups become big headaches.

• Keeping Jira and Confluence humming along, and pulling together regular reporting on progress, risks and release readiness.
• Digging into delivery data to spot where things are slowing down, testing fixes with the team, and checking whether they actually worked.
• Being a second point of contact - alongside our Head of Agile Delivery - for Product, Engineering and Commercial on delivery status and risks.
• Helping teams run great Agile ceremonies, like sprint planning and retros.
• Keeping an eye out for CI/CD failures and other technical snags that could throw delivery off course, and flagging them early.
• Using AI tools day-to-day to speed up reporting, spot patterns, and cut out the repetitive busywork.

Requirements

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• A degree (or equivalent) in Business, Computing, Project Management, or Data/Analytics - or a relevant Agile/Scrum/delivery certification.
• Hands-on experience in an Agile software delivery team (Scrum and Kanban), with Jira and Confluence as familiar tools.
• A solid grasp of how software gets delivered - sprints, releases, Release Trains, and what can throw them off track.
• Comfortable working with delivery data - spotting patterns, understanding causes, and checking whether a fix actually worked.
• A clear, confident communicator across Product, Engineering, QA and Commercial, with good judgement on when to solve something yourself, escalate it, or challenge it constructively.
• Organised and detail-oriented, with real follow-through and a curious mindset.
• Genuinely comfortable using AI tools already.
• Nice to have: experience working across more than one team at once.

Benefits

Here’s why you should join us:

• Everyone has unlimited paid holidays.
• We have total flexibility in hours, as we believe creativity flows better when our people are given freedom to decide when they are most productive. Everyone is unique after all.
• Employee share scheme
• Generous maternity and paternity leave
• Volunteering Days
• Company retreats
• Employee Wellbeing platform

We all share the same vision - we value authenticity, respect, responsibility, independence, honesty, diversity and inclusion and most importantly treating others how you wish to be treated. We look for like-minded people who bring their personalities to work everyday, strive to achieve their personal goals and who are willing to challenge the way we do things, why? - to make what we do even better!

Our values tell the story of Tyk - here’s how:

• It’s ok to screw up!

We’ve found that it’s often the ‘stupid’ or unexpected ideas that turn out to be the successful ones - so try it, at least we can say we have!

• The only stupid idea, is the untested one!

It’s in our DNA - starting a business with founders 12 hours apart, giving our gateway away for free - sure, we did that, and we’d do it again!

• Trust starts with you - make it count!

Trust is a two-way street - instil it from day one!

• Assume best intent!

We have each other’s back - we’re all on the same team. Think before you speak or act.

• Make things better!

Always try to leave things better than when you found them - change is constant, inevitable and embraced! Be that change we want to see.
