AI-Powered Marketing Coordinator – AI Automation, Content, Outreach & Creative | Remote
Position Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours
About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an AI-Powered Marketing Coordinator to work at the intersection of AI, marketing, content, outreach, events, and creative execution.
This is not a traditional Marketing Coordinator role.
We’re looking for someone who naturally works inside AI tools and treats AI as a starting point for execution—not simply an editing assistant. You should enjoy building workflows, experimenting with emerging tools, automating repetitive tasks, and using AI to dramatically increase the speed and quality of your work.
You’ll work directly with leadership and contribute across nearly every external-facing initiative, including podcasts, conferences, books, websites, landing pages, outreach campaigns, presentations, webinars, social media, and client communications.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly resourceful, learns independently, moves quickly, and enjoys solving problems without needing step-by-step instructions.
