• Process expense reports and support budget tracking.

Document management

• Maintain and organise contracts, administrative files and compliance documentation.

• Keep version control in order so that critical documents are accurate and easy to find.

• Support document compliance in line with company standards.

Administrative support

• Arrange international travel: flights, accommodation and itineraries.

• Schedule meetings across departments and manage executive calendars.

• Act as the first point of contact for interdepartmental coordination requests.

Process improvement

• Identify ways to simplify administrative workflows and put improvements in place.

• Keep accurate, current records of operational procedures.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

• The ability to manage competing priorities with close attention to detail.

• Proven experience working effectively in a fully remote environment.

• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams or Slack.

• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

• Clear written and verbal communication.

What we offer

• Fully remote work from Lebanon.

• A long-term engagement.
