P&L Oversight: Manage and control the perimeter P&L, identifying potential financial risks and unlocking new revenue opportunities.
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
Commercial expertise: Significant experience in account management or sales, ideally within the Horeca, restaurant, or food market sectors.
Financial acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management and a proven ability to handle complex commercial negotiations.
Relationship building: Proven ability to create and maintain long-term strategic relationships with external stakeholders.
Strategic project management: Experience using CRM tools and project management applications to guide best practices and portfolio strategy.
