Account Manager (Night Shift)

We're looking for a deal-closing professional with 3+ years in B2B software sales, strong English communication skills, and the discipline to keep every deal honest and moving. You'll own deals from first meeting to signed order, starting with deals below USD 30,000, and look after existing customers through renewals and expansion. Your deal limit rises as you close deals on your own, and you'll use AI tools to prepare, write proposals and follow up.

About VIDIZMO

VIDIZMO is an AI software company, founded in 2009 and headquartered in Tysons, Virginia. Our products are Nexus, AI Intelligence Hub, AI Live Insight, and Redactor. Together they help organizations store, search, analyze, redact, and share unstructured data, and they treat video, audio, images, documents, and text as equally important sources.

More than 100 organizations use VIDIZMO in production across public safety and justice, government, healthcare, financial services, education, legal, manufacturing, and energy. Many run it on-premises, in air-gapped setups, or in FedRAMP High environments, on an architecture aligned with the CJIS Security Policy.

We sell directly and through a global network of channel partners, so this team works with end customers and partners every day. VIDIZMO is an NVIDIA Inception partner, a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Data & AI, and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified. Customers can buy through GSA, Carahsoft, and state and cooperative contract vehicles.

AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot are part of how we work, and we expect you to use them well. Ownership is not negotiable: you check anything AI helps produce for accuracy, completeness and compliance, and you're accountable for the final result.

What You'll Do

• Own and close deals, from first meeting to signed order.
• Write and send proposals, working with the proposal team on larger bids.
• Keep every deal's stage, close date and next step honest and current in HubSpot.
• Work with the RevOps Manager on larger deals, and take on bigger deals as you prove wins.
• Look after existing customers and grow them through renewals and expansion.
• Log every conversation in HubSpot the same day.
• Use Claude or a similar AI assistant every day for call prep, proposals, follow-ups and CRM updates.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• 3+ years closing B2B software deals, from discovery to signed order.
• Experience writing and presenting proposals, and handling pricing and procurement questions.
• Experience with renewals and expansion for existing customers.
• Disciplined CRM use, with honest stages, close dates and next steps.
• Experience selling to government or regulated-industry buyers is a strong plus.
• Experience automating your own routine work with AI, such as reusable prompts, Claude Projects, AI-assisted workflows or simple scripts. Tell us about something you automated.
• Legally authorized to work in Pakistan.

What Sets You Apart

You close. You run a clean process from discovery to signature, you forecast honestly, and you don't let deals sit. You build lasting relationships with customers so they renew and grow, you use AI tools to prepare faster and follow up consistently, and you're ready to earn bigger deals as you prove yourself.

How You're Paid

This role includes a monthly salary plus performance-based commission.

Location

• Remote, Pakistan: work from anywhere in Pakistan on the same night shift. You'll need reliable high-speed internet and a quiet place for calls.

Benefits

OPD reimbursement, group health coverage, maternity coverage, life insurance, leave encashment, provident fund, and free daily lunch (vary as per location).
